I've always been an active person. I love to play sports, I love to work out, and I love to do anything that involves physical activity. I have the joy of being the mother of three beautiful little girls. As a young mother, I quickly realized that getting to the gym, fitting in workouts, getting enough rest, and maintaining good eating habits were no longer as easy. As a matter of fact, some of these things were near impossible at times! Top that off with the emotions that come with the physical changes and the feeling that you're not quite in control of your own body, and you have a recipe for physical and mental health struggles. Moms spend so much time caring for children, working, studying, etc., and our well-being is often thrown by the wayside. I created Fit Moms Live Fitness to share my expertise as a kinesiologist and certified pre-/post-natal coach, along with my personal recipe for success with other moms, so that they can look and feel their best, and truly enjoy motherhood!

Through the app, you will be able to see demonstrations of the exercises listed in your program. You can always send me a video recording through the messaging part of the app if you want me to take a look at your form and comment on it/provide tips.

No! I program based on the knowledge that you are receiving a set of bands and/or what you have available to you. The beauty of online training is that we are not limited in our options. If you have a gym membership, I can give you workouts with that in mind. If you want to work out at home, I will design something suitable to your space and according to the resources you have available. We can also do a hybrid format, depending on your schedule and ability to get to the gym as often as you would like/need.

Not unless you want to. Over time, you may find that you want to purchase a few things to make your workouts more varied, but it is entirely up to you. If you workout at home, you have many items at your disposal as substitutes (ex: chairs, laundry detergent bottle, water bottles, cans, bands, etc.). *You will receive a complimentary set of bands and an exercise ball upon registration and first month's payment.

We will use the "Fit Moms Live Fitness" app. You can find the link to download it on my website and the in the Apple and Google app stores. You can download the app for free. All assessments, workouts, meal plans, payments, and messaging will be found there.

Good eating is a huge part of getting results in our fitness life. I ask my participants to make a 90% "good eating commitment", so that we maximize benefits and results. Eating should not be stressful and torturous. You can still enjoy the things you like. Look over the nutrition guidelines in your Welcome Package for some basic direction. If you feel that you need more in-depth assistance, we can certainly help you!
